Bio
The Morgan Advisory Group hired Joseph Pierson as a Legal Analyst in the summer of 2025. He provides the firm with legal research, analysis, and support on both simple and complex healthcare business transactions. His work includes legal and financial diligence, entity formation, drafting and revising letters of intent, asset purchase agreements, and commercial real estate leases, as well as preparing closing binders. He also supports the firm by coordinating with lenders, professionals, and counterparties, and by actively managing timelines, checklists, and closing workflows on behalf of the attorneys he supports.
Mr. Pierson further contributes to the firm’s strategic and business development initiatives by preparing confidential information memoranda, reviewing financial statements, organizing data rooms, and interfacing with clients and referral sources.
He earned his B.A. in English and Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University (2018–2022), followed by an M.A. in English from Loyola Marymount University (2022–2023). In 2024, he was named a Fulbright Scholar in Taiwan and is currently pursuing his J.D. at Columbia Law School (2024–2027).
