Justin Morgan founded the Morgan Advisory Group based on the belief that a small business owner should not have to call several different professionals to answer a single question. Morgan has a diverse professional background with deep experience with litigation, finance, commercial transactions, and commercial real estate. He further leverages industry relationships to ensure that clients are connected with trusted, experienced professionals to improve outcomes.
Morgan focuses his practice on supporting private practice healthcare professionals and other small businesses. Coming from a family of physicians, he has an all-too-intimate understanding of the challenges doctors face in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.

Morgan started his career as a commercial and bankruptcy litigator at prestigious firms, including the international law firm, Brown Rudnick. He entered the private practice healthcare industry as a commercial financier at Bank of America. And later leveraged his financial experience in his practice of law as an attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
Morgan holds a license to practice law in the State of California and a California real estate broker’s license. He is also a member of the American Health Law Association.
