Nathan Koshy

The Morgan Advisory Group hired Nathan Koshy as a Legal Consultant in the summer of 2025. He supports private practice healthcare professionals with their legal and business needs across a range of corporate, transactional, and commercial real estate matters. He assists the firm’s attorneys with drafting, negotiating, and closing business transactions, and has experience working on deals ranging from straightforward leasehold acquisitions to eight-figure private equity transactions. His work includes legal research and analysis, active deal and transaction management, due diligence, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure transactions move efficiently and close on schedule.

Mr. Koshy brings a distinctive operator’s perspective grounded in more than five years of hands-on experience building and operating a dental practice in Florida. He is familiar with core healthcare operations, including revenue cycle management and insurance processes, improving practice financial performance, personnel management and training, and scaling administrative functions through process improvement and automation. He also has experience with modern dental technology platforms—such as practice management software, imaging and scanning workflows, and cloud-based SaaS tools—and understands how operational and technology decisions impact compliance, patient experience, and profitability.

Mr. Koshy further draws on experience at a Silicon Valley legal technology company, where he developed a practical understanding of emerging technologies and their application to business operations. He leverages this perspective to support healthcare operators and investors in tech-enabled diligence, identifying automation opportunities, and strengthening post-close execution, particularly in the areas of revenue cycle, compliance, patient experience, and data-driven performance management.

Mr. Koshy earned his B.A. from the University of Miami and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholar. He recently passed the California Bar Exam and is pending admission. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, running, and exploring the West Coast.
