Justin Morgan founded the Morgan Advisory Group in June 2024. He advises private practice healthcare professionals—including physicians, dentists, veterinarians, and other medical providers—on high-stakes legal and business matters involving healthcare transactions, corporate structuring, and commercial real estate. Mr. Morgan has closed thousands of healthcare transactions throughout his career, and the firm currently supports and closes hundreds of transactions each year. The firm’s transaction experience includes deals ranging from straightforward acquisitions and leasehold matters to complex private equity transactions, including a $30 million private equity-backed transaction.
Mr. Morgan brings a multidisciplinary background spanning more than seven years of commercial litigation experience, two years of commercial finance experience, and six years as a transactional attorney. This combination enables him to support clients not only in negotiating and structuring sophisticated business arrangements, but also in identifying and mitigating legal and operational risk with the mindset of a seasoned advocate.
Mr. Morgan earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2007 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2011. He also earned his Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology in December 2024. Coming from a family of physicians, Mr. Morgan has a firsthand understanding of the challenges healthcare professionals face in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, and he is committed to helping clients make intelligent business decisions while protecting what they have built.
